SMITHS AEROSPACE OBTAINS ABLE FUELING CAPABILITIES
Smiths Aerospace Inc. has acquired Able Corp. in a deal worth more than $27 million. The transaction closed April 1. Grand Rapids, Mi.-based Smiths Aerospace makes and sells electronic systems, aircraft detection systems, flight data recorders and fuel gauge management to military and civil aircraft manufacturers.
