Jury Convicts Former Officer in Cocaine-Sale Case

LOS ANGELES - A federal jury Wednesday convicted a former California Highway Patrol officer of conspiring with his half-brother, a former state narcotics agent, and with his former partner to sell 650 pounds of cocaine that they stole from a police evidence locker.
