Comic-Book Retailer Sues Spider-Man Creator

LOS ANGELES - Just one day after "Spider-Man" closed one of the most successful film opening weekends of all time, a San Francisco comic-book shop owner has filed a lawsuit in New York state court against New York-based Marvel Enterprises Inc., creator of the Spider-Man superhero franchise and owner of the rights to the character.
