Court Bars Violent Parishioner
SAN FRANCISCO - In a separation of church and church case involving feuding Methodists in San Francisco, a state appellate court has affirmed a restraining order against a violent parishioner, but said the First Amendment protects his right to picket outside the church with a bullhorn during services.
