Municipal law attorney Richard Terzian has left the Los Angeles office of New York's LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae, where he was a partner. Terzian has joined Bannan Green & Frank, a 12-attorney firm specializing in product liability, bad faith and labor law. With Terzian's arrival, the firm has changed its name to Bannan Green Frank & Terzian.
