Commission Amends Charges, Postpones Its Hearing on Judge

The Commission on Judicial Performance postponed a hearing scheduled for next Monday after issuing an amended notice of charges against embattled Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patrick B. Murphy that lists a host of incidents in which he allegedly misused sick-leave benefits.
