Retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge George W. Trammell III will plead guilty to mail fraud and a criminal scheme "to defraud the People of the State of California of their intangible right to his honest services as a judge" as a result of his 1996 affair with the ex-wife of a defendant in a criminal case pending in his court.
