Alleged Carjacker Burke Pleads Not Guilty

An alleged carjacker accused of holding up President Clinton's motorcade last month while leading police on a high-speed freeway chase during the Democratic National Convention pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court to seven felony counts.
