Computer Firm Must Pay Rival's Attorney Fees
SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge has ordered a Los Gatos computer components firm to pay $4.2 million to a competitor to cover all attorney fees and costs for "fraudulent behavior" in pursuing a patent claim that was thrown out of court in June.
