Needed: A V-Chip for Candidates Denouncing Violence in Entertainment

Remember the V-chip? I thought not. For those who are drawing a big, fat blank, the V-chip is a microchip that is required by the federal government to be built into all television sets with 13-inch and larger screens manufactured since the start of this year. The chip allows the blocking of programs that are deemed too violent, too sexy or too profane.
