SANTA ANA - Former Los Angeles court auditor Gregory Pentoney was sentenced to two years in state prison Friday for his role in a $5 million bribery and fraud scheme.
Orange County Superior Court Judge Stuart Waldrip also ordered Pentoney to pay $8,000 in restitution to Los Angeles County, $2,500 in state restitution, and $5,000 toward expenses of his defense.
