Arbitrator denies State Bar's motion for summary judgment in Dunn case

Joseph L. Dunn's whistleblower retaliation lawsuit over his firing as the bar's executive director will now proceed to a Feb. 1 hearing.

An arbitrator has denied the State Bar's motion for summary judgment in the whistleblower retaliation lawsuit brought against it by former Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn, attorneys for both sides said Friday.
