9th Circuit mulls NCAA convict policy

Plaintiff Dominic Hardie claims the NCAA's policy blocking convicts as coaches is racist.

A convicted felon who is barred from coaching high school athletics by the National Collegiate Athletic Association argued Wednesday to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that it should be left to a jury to decide whether the policy is discriminatory.
