Legislation introduced to give bargaining rights to some Judicial Council workers

A bill that would give collective bargaining rights to Judicial Council employees has been reintroduced after Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed a nearly identical measure last year.

A bill that would give collective bargaining rights to Judicial Council employees has been reintroduced after Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed a nearly identical measure last year.

A representative from the office of Assemblyman Miguel Santiago, D-Los Angeles, said they are scheduling meetings with the administration to address the governor's concerns about the bill, AB 83.
