Pacific Gas names new GC amid workforce cuts
As part of a restructuring plan, Pacific Gas and Electric Co. announced its new general counsel is John R. Simon, executive vice president of corporate services and human resources.

As part of a restructuring plan, Pacific Gas and Electric Co. announced John R. Simon, executive vice president of corporate services and human resources, will add general counsel to his roles.
Simon, who will also oversee regulatory affairs, marketing and environmental matters, will take over as chief counsel beginning March 1.
