Corporate counsel see a significant need for improvement in e-discovery management, according to an inaugural survey by BDO Consulting of 100 U.S. senior in-house counsel.

Corporate counsel see a significant need for improvement in e-discovery management, according to an inaugural survey by BDO Consulting of 100 U.S. senior in-house counsel.

Those surveyed rated the overall effectiveness of their internal and external resources for e-discovery at 6.5 out of 10.
