Santa Maria attorney Janice Bellucci filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Los Angeles County alleging that its sex offender ordinances are unlawful.
The Los Angeles ordinance prohibits sex offenders from coming within 300 feet of parks, swimming pools and libraries, among other places. Violators are subject to significant fines and six months incarceration.
It is the 25th such lawsuit Bellucci has filed against California...
