McGrane LLP must digorge fees from Howrey bankrupcty

McGrane LLP, a bankruptcy boutique involved in the Howrey LLP bankruptcy for years, has been ordered to disgorge more than $30,000 in fees it received for representing the bankruptcy's official committee of unsecured creditors.

McGrane LLP, a two-attorney bankruptcy boutique that has been involved in the Howrey LLP bankruptcy for years, has been ordered to disgorge more than $30,000 in fees it received for representing the bankruptcy's official committee of unsecured creditors.


That amounts to roughly half the fees the firm received for that work.
