Latham and Orrick finding success in bankruptcy, numbers show

Latham & Watkins and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe both secured spots in the top ten of a recently released list of the top bankruptcy law firms nationwide by volume of client liabilities.

Latham & Watkins LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP grabbed top 10 spots on a recent national list that ranked bankruptcy firms by the total dollar value of client liabilities for the third quarter of 2014.


The report, released Wednesday by The Deal, used data collected on active restructuring work for ongoing U.S. and Canadian cases.
