Oil train facility loses permit in wake of lawsuit

Sacramento air pollution regulators rescind a permit for an oil train offloading facility after environmentalists sue claiming CEQA violations.

Sacramento air regulators this week rescinded a permit they had granted a company to offload trains carrying oil into California, a move that resolves a lawsuit environmentalists filed last month claiming officials should have conducted an environmental review of the project.
