50 MoFo Staff Take Early Retirement Offer

Morrison & Foerster cut back on the retirement benefits it gives its long-term staff members and offered employees the chance to retire early to receive the benefits in place under the old plan. Of those eligible based on age and years of service, 50 staff members took MoFo up on the offer.
