Attorney Delivers Settlement to His Clients for Christmas

LOS ANGELES - Attorney Robb Strom arrived at a Las Vegas apartment complex Thursday dressed as Santa Claus to spread a little Christmas cheer to its tenants in the form of settlement checks. The $525,000 settlement on behalf of 24 residents is part of Strom's five-year battle to hold the complex's out-of-state landlord responsible for what he called decrepit living conditions.
