Judge Tosses Patent Suit Against eBay

      A recent strong victory in a Wisconsin patent lawsuit may help to make eBay's holiday season a bit brighter.
      The online retailer has fought off a suit brought by Netcraft, a patent-holding company. A Wisconsin federal judge tossed out the case last week. Netcraft Corp. v. eBay Inc., 07-00254 (W.D. Wisc. Dec. 18, 2007).
