Judge Throws Out Yagman's State Bar Suit

LOS ANGELES - A federal judge Thursday threw out civil rights lawyer Stephen G. Yagman's lawsuit against the State Bar of California, knocking out one part of Yagman's two-pronged effort to continue practicing law while he appeals a felony conviction.
