Pillsbury Can Keep Fees - For Now

SAN JOSE - Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, disqualified from a bankruptcy case for failing to disclose a conflict of interest, will not yet have to return $4 million in fees the firm had been awarded in interim attorney fees, a bankruptcy judge ruled Tuesday.
