Judge Tosses Bar Review Monopoly Suit

LOS ANGELES - A federal judge Monday dismissed a lawsuit against the leading bar-review course provider that claimed the company was monopolizing the market. U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real agreed with attorneys representing West Publishing's BAR/BRI that the three plaintiffs had no standing in the case because there was no guarantee they would ever be consumers of the product.
