Riverside County Courts Will Try New Calendaring System
RIVERSIDE - Responding to criticism of Riverside County Superior Court's procedures, the state Judicial Council announced Monday that Riverside soon will institute a "front-loading" calendaring system, in which judges will try to get lawyers to settle cases before they reach the preliminary hearing.
