Injured Joggers Will Receive Record $50 Million Settlement

In what may be the biggest settlement of a personal-injury case in the state this year, the city of Dana Point announced Tuesday it will pay $50 million to two joggers made quadriplegic by a hit-and-run driver on a poorly designed stretch of Pacific Coast Highway.
