U.S. venture capital firms raised $4.1 billion across 35 funds in the first quarter, a drop from the $4.7 billion raised by 53 funds during the year-earlier period, according a report released Monday.
Despite the numbers, Silicon Valley lawyers say fundraising is stable from last year.
