Attorney fees request denied on "Raging Bull" suit

The 9th Circuit denied MGM and Loeb & Loeb's request for attorney fees following the studio's August win in litigation over the 1980 Oscar-winning boxing film "Raging Bull."

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and Loeb & Loeb LLP's request for attorney fees following the studio's August win in litigation over the 1980 Oscar-winning boxing film "Raging Bull."

Judges William A. Fletcher, Raymond C. Fisher and Jack Zouhary, a judge in the Northern District of Ohio sitting by designation, offered no further comment on the decision.
