Fenwick reps Cisco in $310 million small-cell company buy

Fenwick & West LLP represented Cisco Systems Inc. in the company's intent to purchase small-cell maker Ubiquisys Ltd. for approximately $310 million.

Fenwick & West LLP represented San Jose-based network equipment maker Cisco Systems Inc. in its intent to purchase small-cell maker Ubiquisys Ltd. for approximately $310 million.


According to a Cisco spokeswoman, this is the company's first purchase of a small cell manufacturer. The deal was announced Wednesday.
