WASHINGTON - Less than a year after ruling that defendants have a right to cross-examine laboratory technicians, the U.S. Supreme Court considered Monday whether they should revise the law again.
That outcome seems unlikely based on the one-hour argument, but it's possible the court will limit the scope of the earlier ruling.
