Supreme Court Reverses 9th Circuit
The U.S. Supreme Court summarily reversed the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Monday in a habeas corpus case out of Nevada in which a convicted child rapist claimed the court should have considered evidence questioning the reliability of the prosecution's DNA expert.
