The current law school recruiting model is broken and needs fixing, according to a report released Thursday by the National Association for Law Placement, which suggests moving away from rolling offer dates and toward set "offer kickoff days" as a way to slow down the recruiting season and allow employers to better vet potential hires before making offers.
