Seven of the 10 lawyers at San Francisco real estate and land use boutique Cassidy Shimko Dawson & Kawakami decamped to 350-lawyer Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold. Cassidy Shimko, founded in 1990, is dissolving in the process.

SAN FRANCISCO - Seven of the 10 lawyers at San Francisco real estate and land use boutique Cassidy Shimko Dawson & Kawakami decamped to 350-lawyer Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, adding heft to that firm's California land use and real estate transactional practices.

Cassidy Shimko, founded in 1990, is dissolving in the process.
