Attorney Settles Wiretapping Suit

In the first settlement of any lawsuit stemming from ex-private investigator Anthony Pellicano's illegal wiretapping, Beverly Hills family lawyer Stephen A. Kolodny has resolved his dispute with convicted attorney Terry N. Christensen and Christensen's former law firm.
