The California Department of Corporations threw the book at two affiliated franchisors and their executives earlier this year, Play N Trade Franchise, Inc., a video game retailer, and Yakety Yak Wireless, Inc., a retailer of cell phones, accessories and wireless services, for multiple violations of California's Franchise Investment Law.
