Full Plate For Presiding Judge

San Bernardino County Superior Court will have a new presiding judge Jan. 1: Judge Douglas M. Elwel. Judge James C. McGuire is retiring.

Judge Douglas M. Elwell will begin serving a two-year term in the administrative position, taking over for Judge James C. McGuire, who is retiring.
