Birotte Nominated U.S. Attorney

Los Angeles Police Department Inspector General Andre Birotte Jr. has been nominated by President Obama to be U.S. attorney for the Central District of California.

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles Police Department Inspector General Andre Birotte Jr. has been nominated by President Obama to be U.S. attorney for the Central District of California.

Birotte's nomination was announced Thursday morning.
