A San Francisco federal judge on Tuesday denied former McKesson Corp. chairman Charles W. McCall's motion for a new trial based on alleged juror misconduct. But the judge also allowed McCall to remain free on bail while he awaits sentencing for his conviction on securities fraud charges, which came in November after his retrial.
