Ethicon Acquires Menlo Park Co.

Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Ethicon Inc., a New Jersey-based manufacturer of sutures and other medical devices, announced Wednesday it will acquire Menlo Park-based Acclarent Inc. for $785 million in cash.
