When a Family Loses Both Parents...

Diana and Liz Welch share a family's story of loss and survival in their new memoir "The Kids Are All Right."

Amanda, Liz, Dan and Diana Welch lost both their parents only years apart. One month after their father died in a car accident, their mother, soap opera star Ann Williams, was diagnosed with cancer. Three and a half years later, she passed.
