New Bankruptcy Judges Appointed
Two newly-appointed bankruptcy judges will hear cases in the San Francisco Bay Area and in San Diego, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals announced Tuesday.

Oakland bankruptcy attorney Charles Daniel Novack, 51, currently a sole practitioner, will succeed Bankruptcy Judge Marilyn Morgan on her retirement next year.
