Toyota's Ex In-House Counsel Cleared

The State Bar has cleared the former lawyer of accusations he lawyer improperly divulged internal company information during seminars he conducted for his consulting business.

LOS ANGELES - The State Bar of California has closed its investigation into allegations of professional misconduct by a former in-house attorney for Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. without taking action, clearing him of the charges.
