Davis Appoints New Head of Legal Affairs

SACRAMENTO - Barry Goode, a partner in McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen, is leaving the firm after 25 years to become secretary of legal affairs for Gov. Gray Davis, it was announced Thursday.
