Allen Matkins: FORD SIGNS 10-YEAR LEASE FOR DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Ford Motor Co. signed a 10-year lease on Nov. 8 with San Francisco's Catellus Development Corp. The lease is for a distribution facility in Manteca, 70 miles east of San Francisco.
