Prosecutor Taken Into Custody

SAN RAFAEL - San Francisco prosecutor Floyd Andrews pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of assault with a deadly weapon and making a felony criminal threat and was taken into custody after a Marin County judge increased his bail to $120,000 and refused pleas for more time to raise the money.
