Court Appears Unlikely to Ax Juvie Crime Law

LOS ANGELES - The California Supreme Court appeared unlikely Wednesday to completely invalidate Proposition 21, the 2000 juvenile crime initiative, based on a constitutional claim that the ballot measure mixed too many different subjects and duped voters.
