Brosnahan Is Retained to Defend U.S. Man Fighting With Taliban

SAN FRANCISCO - Prominent San Francisco trial attorney James J. Brosnahan will represent John Walker Lindh, the 20-year-old former Marin County resident who allegedly fought alongside the Taliban in Afghanistan and was captured by Northern Alliance forces last weekend and turned over to U.S. forces.
