Judge Rejects Furrow Victim's Suit

LOS ANGELES - A San Fernando judge has dismissed a lawsuit that claimed better security at the North Valley Jewish Community Center could have helped prevent a 1999 shooting spree by white supremacist Buford O. Furrow Jr. that injured five people, including three children.
